Base Case and Build Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Base Case and Build! By allowing your child to participate in our programs, you agree to these terms and conditions:Services Provided Base Case and Build provides personalized leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and personal development programs for children ages 9-17.

Our services include:

• Live online classes and pre-recorded video lessons.
• Access to our proprietary learning platform and course content.
• 1-on-1 mentoring sessions between your child and program leaders.
• Special workshop events led by industry experts.
• Private online community to connect with other members.

Enrollment and Payment

• Parents or legal guardians must enroll their child and provide accurate contact and payment information.
• Our programs are paid in advance on an annual or monthly subscription basis. Payments are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to remove any child from our programs if payments lapse.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your child's enrollment at any time with 30 days written notice.
• Pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Your child will have access for the remainder of the prepaid term.

Code of Conduct

• Children are expected to treat all participants and team members with respect.
• Bullying, threats, discrimination, or illegal activities will result in immediate dismissal.
• Parents agree to review our code of conduct with their child.

Privacy

• We respect your family's privacy. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
• Parents give consent for their child's name, image, and voice to be used in our marketing upon enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

• Parents assume full responsibility for their child's participation.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damages, or claims.
